We are looking for a tech-savvy, problem-solving, and customer service focused individual to join our professional services team. The ideal candidate will have broad technology experience, excellent written communication skills, amazing customer service skills, a great attitude, and an interest in maintaining a broad technology skillset.

This position consists of helping customers over the phone, virtual meetings, via email, using remote access tools, or other means as needed to help solve customer issues. This position requires excellent communication skills with other staff, management, and customers.

The position requires professionalism, transparency, and honesty. A successful candidate for this position recognizes when initiative is needed, can research issues on their own, and recognizes when they may need to consult with staff or management when a solution is not clear or well understood.

Common Activities:
1. Office 365 Administration
2. Computer configuration
3. User creation
4. Troubleshooting
5. Basic networking troubleshooting
6. Printer support
7. Work outside of business-hours as-needed
8. Other duties as-needed

Other skills that can be of value:
1. Google G-Suite
2. WordPress or other basic website management skills
3. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio

This is a fully remote position. We are headquartered in Crested Butte, Colorado. We do not expect or require candidates to be in our time zone, but we are seeking people that can align with the US time zones as all of our customers are in the United States.
