Regional Sales Director
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Base: $70,000 – $80,000
OTE: $140,000 – $225,000

Our client is looking for a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for net new sales in a defined geographic territory. The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will prospect, develop and close enterprise-level, SaaS opportunities. The ideal candidate has demonstrated great success in a solution selling role. This is a new business ‘hunter’ role and our client is looking for reps who have consistent drive and the desire to win.
- Achieve Revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis
- Develop strategic account plans on larger deals
- Proactively and aggressively prospect for new-name business in defined territory
- Be a trusted resource and counsel to marketing and Dev providing important customer input
- Collaborate with extended team to provide a coordinated, integrated experience for customers and prospects
