Candidates can be fully remote, However, if they are interested in a long term FTE career, they will need to be available to a Chubb Office Description Summary: The main function of a customer service representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service representative is responsible for determining the clients issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. Job Responsibilities: Assisting customers and agents regarding their inquiry calls; reviewing claim systems and data repositories to ensure a first call resolution. Handling inquiry calls timely and efficiently; maintain an average speed of answer of 25 seconds or less. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments or TPAs for further investigation. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Promptly report service and/or system problems to the supervisor to ensure service levels to our customers and business partners are not adversely impacted. Ability to work extended hours and weekends (if necessary) to meet business needs. Skills: Customer service, Call center, First call resolution, customer service oriented Additional Skills & Qualifications: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage ones time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. 0-2 years customer service related experience required.
